Event URL and Visibility

At the top right of the Event Manager, you’ll see:

  • Event URL — The direct link guests use to access this event

    • Format: dvox.live/event.php?code=XXXXX
    • This URL works regardless of visibility setting
  • Visibility Button — Set to Public, Private, or Disabled

    • Public — Shown on dvox.live during event dates
    • Private — Only accessible via direct URL
    • Disabled — Hidden and inaccessible

Event Preview

On the left side of the Event Manager, you see a preview of your event page as guests will see it:

  • Live preview of your customizations
  • Shows logo, banner, colors
  • Displays stream buttons
  • Updates in real-time as you make changes

Quick Reference

Tab Purpose Access
Event Information Edit basic event details Click the pen icon next to event name
Layout & Colors Customize interface and create streams Click the Layout & Colors tab
Input Pairing Assign controllers and inputs to streams Click the Input Pairing tab

Event Status

The current status of your event is shown at the top:

  • Status badge — Shows if event is enabled or disabled
  • Visibility setting — Public, Private, or Disabled
  • Event dates — Start and end dates

💡

Always verify your event visibility before sharing with guests. A common mistake is leaving events as "Disabled" or "Private" when they should be "Public".
