Account Management
The Accounts section allows you to create and manage user accounts for your DVOX system. Different account types have different permission levels.

Overview
DVOX supports four account types, each with specific permissions:
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Distributor | Sales professionals for device distribution |
| AV Pro | Audio-visual professionals for device setup |
| Host | Venue management team (all privileges) |
| Tech | Event creation and stream management |
Each account type can create accounts of lower permission levels. For example:
- Distributor can create: AV Pro, Host, Tech accounts
- Host can create: Tech accounts
- Tech accounts cannot create other accounts
Getting Started
To access the Accounts section:
- Click Accounts in the left navigation menu
- You’ll see a list of all accounts created by you or your parent account
- Use the + New Account button to create a new account
- Use the pen icon to edit an existing account
- Use the trash icon to delete an account

The account type you hold determines what account types you can create. Most venues will operate with **Host** and **Tech** accounts.
