Dashboard

The main screen once logged in is the Dashboard. It displays an overview of your inventory, an event calendar, and live listeners statistics.

Dashboard Components

Inventory Frame

Shows the total number of DVOX controllers in your pool and how many are currently available.

Display:

• Total controllers
• Available controllers (not currently assigned to an event)

Event Calendar Frame

Shows events that are currently scheduled to activate in the future.

Information:

• Event dates
• Quick event overview
• Color-coded by visibility status

Live Statistics Frame

Allows you to choose an ongoing event to see real-time listener data.

Metrics:

• Number of connected accounts
• Number of active streaming accounts
• Real-time listener count

Accessing Dashboard Sections

The main navigation menu is located on the left side of the screen. From here you can access:

• Accounts — Manage user accounts and permissions
• Events — Create and manage your events
• Controllers — View your DVOX hardware inventory
• Reports — Generate event reports and analytics

Account Settings

Access your account settings from the top right corner of the screen where your profile avatar is displayed. Here you can:

• Update your profile information
• Change your password
• Manage preferences
• Log out
